You have a vision for your outdoors. You’ve researched and scrolled Pinterest for ideas. You’re excited to make it happen! What’s next? Finding the right installer. If you have any experience working with contractors, you know how important it is to find the right one. Hiring the right company makes all the difference in your project being installed as you envisioned, built to last, on budget, and with the least amount of headache.

At Supreme Scapes, we are committed to optimizing the client experience. We continually apply feedback and best practices to make working with us as enjoyable as possible. We’ve heard too many horror stories of contractors abandoning the jobsite or not being organized and requiring the client to keep everything straight. No bueno.

Below is our Supreme Scapes Stepping Stones Map - the project stages from start to finish for new installations. New installations include hardscape (patios, walls, walkways, pergolas, etc) and landscape (new plants). Projects for landscape maintenance, lawn care, or simple jobs have fewer steps and no charge, but all projects still start with Step One.


Step One: Submit Work Request + Book Assessment

After you submit your work request a member of our email will email you a link to book an assessment or introductory phone call.

 

Step Two: Assessment Meeting + Preliminary Quote ($69)

Required for all new hardscape or landscape installations.

Assessment includes:

  • Property walk through with a certified landscape professional

  • Brainstorming and photo examples

  • Receive a hand-drawn sketch within 5 business days

  • Receive preliminary quote without finalized materials within 5 business days - the quote may not be final, but gives you a ballpark range depending on material selection

  • Assessment cost deducted from project total

 

Step Three: Full Design + Material List + FInalized Quote ($500-$1500)

Required for all new hardscape installations and optional for landscape installations. Cost varies with complexity- a specific cost will be given on a per project basis.

Includes:

  • Full design rendering with exact measurements from a landscape design professional (1-2 small revisions included)

  • Materials and costs finalized

  • Final quote for approval

Step Four: Contract

  • Receive a customized contract with all described work, client preferences, materials, policies, and payment schedules

  • Client signature

 

STEP FIVE: Deposit + scheduling

Projects are scheduled with an approved contract and deposit payment

  • A deposit ensures your project is discussed in our weekly schedule meeting

  • Our schedule is reviewed on Wednesdays

  • Schedule updates are emailed on Fridays

 

Step Six: onsite Finalization Meeting

1 week before start date

  • Confirm plan and any changes

  • Meet your project team

 

Step Seven: Execution + Progress Updates

Watch and enjoy as the plan comes to life

  • Progress updates are emailed by Friday of each week

 

Step Eight: Project Close Out

  • Receive client punch list

  • Tie up any loose ends

  • Close out the job

  • Receive client feedback

  • Leave Google review

  • Final Payment
