Why do we charge for assessments? If we were you, we'd want a professional with years of experience who will go the distance- be responsive and organized, drive to the property, be realistic about what will and will not work (not just sugar-coating to get a sale), research the cause of problems, take measurements, provide drawings, and get the cost where it needs it to be. Such thoroughness takes time and years of skill development. We will deduct the balance of your assessment from the project cost.
